Spring has finally sprung in Charlotte! Charlotte Homes for Sale are UP 28.6% since last year – a healthy increase. We are seeing buyers back on their searches, ready to pounce when the perfect home hits the market for them.

Charlotte MSA homes for sale are up 26.3% and our entire MLS (from Chimney Rock to Clemmons & beyond) is up 3.2% year-over-year. We are super excited about new listings coming up for our sellers and more opportunities for our buyers who have been almost at a stand-still, waiting for the right home to hit the market.
