Americans have chosen real estate as the best investment for 8 years running. There’s a reason for that – home equity has risen exponentially with the incredibly low inventory levels. This is even more evidence for sellers to take the plunge and sell during this low supply market. It’s never, in the history of selling real estate, been a better time to sell!
