Can your Agent get into that House for Sale?
Your Real Estate Agent sends you a brand new listing and it looks perfect, so you want to see it right away, but you can’t. Not because the seller won’t allow showings or because you can’t coordinate a time to meet with your Agent, but because your Agent does not have an ActiveKey
The ActiveKey, also commonly called a Supra Key, is what Real Estate Agents use to open Supra Lockboxes, the device that holds the house key.
There is an annual fee to have an ActiveKey, so some Real Estate Agents decide to forgo and by choosing to do so they are limiting what homes for sale you will be able to see. In our area over half of the homes I show have a Supra Lockbox.
Just like Doctors need stethoscopes, Carpenters need hammers and Firefighters need axes, Charlotte NC and Wellington Florida Real Estate Agents do need an ActiveKey.
