It’s not a federal holiday but, many Americans believe that it probably should be – National Ice Cream Day! Ice cream just goes hand-in-hand with everything to do with childhood – birthday parties, school celebrations, vacation–and life! In fact, do we really even need a reason to enjoy Americans’ favorite treat?
July was declared National Ice Cream Month in 1984 by President Ronald Reagan. Nothing screams summer like I-C-E C-R-E-A-M!
