The Charlotte NC real estate market continues the recovery process.

The following are the most recent statistics for the Charlotte real estate market…

During the last 7 days, 410 properties (condos, townhomes, single family homes and lots) have been listed for sale in the Charlotte (city) market, 429 have gone into Escrow (Under Contract) with 303 Closing escrow this week (down from last week). There are currently only 4,213 properties listed as active in Charlotte.

The Charlotte real estate market repeated a 4th week of a balanced market during the past 30 days, although, there remain buyers in our market who are actively searching for that ‘perfect’ home and would love to see our housing supply increased. New construction home sales in Charlotte have stabilized as well, however, as builders are experiencing a balance in sales, many communities are still selling out.
