How is the Charlotte NC real estate market faring? Here are the Charlotte real estate stats for the week…
The Charlotte NC real estate market is reflective of a stable market, showing strong recovery process with the typical ‘slower’ last quarter sales. Buyers were out touring homes last week and we did have homes going under Contract (including several of our own listings!). Prices continue to rise in the Metro region. Our inventory remains quite low as we move towards the end of the year.

The following are the totals for the Charlotte real estate market…
Pending single family homes in Charlotte (Charlotte Proper only), have increased by 13.3%. There are 219 homes that were entered into Escrow during the past 7 days. Average price per square foot for single family homes sold is $104.48. Charlotte average sales prices rose to $238,539.
There is currently a 4.4 month supply of homes (condos, townhomes, single family homes and lots) are currently for sale in the Charlotte (city) market, down 4.2% from last year. Charlotte proper had 227
Closed home sales last week.
There are currently only 3,911 properties for sale (active) in the city of Charlotte! 194 new single family, condo/townhomes and lots were listed during the past 7 days.
