If cooking on Thanksgiving Day isn’t your thing, here’s a list of Charlotte area restaurants open on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 22nd, 2018.
Many of these restaurants will be operating with a special holiday meal and will book-up early, so make sure you make reservations as soon as possible.
And, if you don’t feel up to dining out, some of the restaurants on this list provide take-out.
Here are just a few of the restaurants that have already announced that they’ll be open on Thanksgiving Day.
5Church: The American restaurant is serving a three-course Thanksgiving dinner for $45 for adults and $20 for kids 12 and under.
Amelie’s French Bakery: The main location, at 2424 North Davidson, is open 24 hours a day, every day. They serve sandwiches and salads, as well as treats and desserts. It’s not a Thanksgiving meal but you can count on them being open.
Angeline’s: Serving a “Friendsgiving” dinner with Italian inspired dishes. $45 per person. 10% of all sales will be donated to the “No Kid Hungry” Project.
Ashbury: Located inside the Dunhill Hotel, nods to its Southern locale and the past but is firmly rooted in the latest trends in culinary service. Its three-course prix-fixe Thanksgiving menu is sure to reflect that sensibility. For this year’s feast, it’s offering two seatings: 12:30 to 1:15 p.m. and 3 to 3:45 p.m., both of which cost $55 for adults and $25 for kids ages 6 to 10.
Bistro La Bon: Serving Thanksgiving brunch from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. $36 for adults, $17 for kids 5-10. Reservations only.
BLT Steak (Ritz-Carlton): Three-course menu Nov. 22 with choice of entrees (turkey, Scottish salmon or prime rib). $80; $40 for ages 10 and younger. *You simply must ask for the cranberry sauce – there’s nothing like it!
Buca di Beppo: There are several ways to enjoy the traditional Thanksgiving meal, including dine-in, to-go, and catering.
Capital Grille: Alongside full menu, enjoy the executive chef’s take on Thanksgiving favorites. Thanksgiving meal is $42 for adults, $15 for children.
Chillfire Bar & Grill: This a hidden gem of a restaurant that will be serving a traditional Thanksgiving brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. *This popular restaurant prides itself on locally-sourced ingredients.
Cracker Barrel: Yes, the home-cooked stand-by will be providing heat ‘n’ serve Thanksgiving meals to go. Roast turkey breast and all the fixings for 10 people. Includes dessert. $110. Order at least 24 hours in advance. Can be picked up November 17-25. There’s also an option to pick up a hot meal.
Del Frisco’s (SouthPark): Thanksgiving menu with appetizer, turkey breast with apple-sausage stuffing & all the sides. Dessert will be served so, safe room for one of their incredible desserts!. $49, $24 for children. Full menu also available. Noon-8 p.m. November 22.
Eddie V’s: Serving a traditional holiday dinner with all the trimmings from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Adults $42, children $15. Their full dinner menu will also be available.
Fleming Steakhouse: Serving a classic Thanksgiving feast starting from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. $42 for adults, $19 for children.
The Foundry at Trilogy Lake Norman: Serving a Thanksgiving brunch with seatings at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m. $34.95 for adults, $14.95 for children 6-12, and $6.95 for children 3-5.
Golden Corral: Thanksgiving buffet includes carved turkey, fried chicken, rotisserie chicken, ham, meatloaf, and much more.
Macaroni Grill: Traditional three-course Thanksgiving dinner. $24.99.
Maggiano’s: Dine in or carry out 4-course family style meal. Adults $39.95 (12 & over), $17.95 (5-12). *You simply must try their Pumpkin Praline Cheesecake. If you’re hosting Thanksgiving at your home, pre-order a whole Pumpkin Praline Cheesecake ($69).
Metro Diner: Open until 2 p.m. serving diner favorites and the holiday special, Stuffing Waffle with Turkey.
New South Kitchen & Bar: Open for Thanksgiving from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. serving a traditional Thanksgiving feast with all the fixings. $35 per person. Order a turkey by November 16th or sides and desserts by November 19th for pick up on Thanksgiving morning.
Oak Steakhouse: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. 3 course Thanksgiving dinner. $42. $25 for children. *This popular SouthPark restaurant also prides itself on locally-sourced ingredients.
RiRa Irish Pub: They’ll be open from 10 a.m. to midnight, starting with a brunch buffet from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. You can order traditional Thanksgiving specials starting at 4 p.m. Advance reservations are recommended.
Red Rocks Cafe: Both locations, South Park and Birkdale Village (Huntersville) are offering three course prix-fixe meals for $35 for adults and $15 for children from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The menu will include a traditional Thanksgiving turkey platter as well as other non-traditional options. Reservations recommended.
Ruth’s Chris Steak House: Select locations open at 12 p.m. 3 course dinner $39.95. Kids menu: $12.95.
Stoke: Taking wood-fire and southern cooking to whole new levels, is serving a prix-fixe Thanksgiving dinner for $60 for adults and $25 for kids 10 and under. Seatings for this four-course meal will be at noon, 2:30, and 5 p.m.
Sullivan’s Steakhouse: Serving a classic Thanksgiving feast with roasted turkey, sweet potato casserole, pumpkin pie, and more. The three course prix-fixe dinner is $39, but you can also order one of their usual items off a limited menu.
Trade Restaurant & Bar: Serving a Thanksgiving buffet with seating times from 4PM to 8PM, $40 per adult. The menu can be found on Open Table. *Reservations highly recommended.
Upstream (SouthPark): Unbelievable buffed including carving station and seafood bar. $42.95, adults & $14.95 up to age 12. Serving 10AM to 4PM, November 22. *You’ll definitely want to call for reservations.
The Willow Creek Inn: Seatings at 11 a.m., 2:30 p.m., and 6 p.m. $40 per person, children under 12 half price, and no charge for children under 6. Reservations required.
