Dilworth Elementary School

In 2017, heavy re-districting occurred throughout the CMS system and student re-assignment implementation is beginning with this school year (2018-2019). Dilworth residents have been impacted by these changes, beginning at the elementary level due to over-crowding and an attempt to seek more balanced demographics. These changes across the Charlotte Mecklenburg School system will begin this year and middle school changes will take place next year.

Implementation of the changes at the elementary level for Dilworth residents begin this year, in the 2018 – 2019 school year. The new assignments are as follows:

Dilworth Elementary School (Sedgefield Campus – grades K- 2) located at the old Sedgefield Elementary School.
