What’s the Neighborhood Like?

The majority of the homes you can expect to find for sale in the Beverly Woods Neighborhood were originally built by John Crosland homes back in the late 1960’s to the 1970’s. Many of the homes have had updates and it’s not uncommon to find homes that have extensive updating and some additions, adding to the square footage of some of these great homes. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 3 bedrooms while the larger floor plans have a four bedroom layout with many of the homes having the master bedroom on the main level. Most of the lots range between 1/3 acre and a 1/2 acre so, there is plenty of room for you to get out and enjoy the beautiful Charlotte weather.
