If your’re looking for a home on the north side, you want to be near Northlake Mall, Birkdale Village, Northcross Shopping Center, the Shoppes at University Place or Concord Mills. Monroe Mall is the host for the southeastern shopping in the metro area. On the southwestern side, Carolina Place Mall or Outlet Marketplace in Fort Mill, SC. On the western side of the metropolitan area are the Prime Outlets in Gaffney, SC. And, in the center city (Uptown) or mid-south area, there is SouthPark Mall, Founders Hall and Phillips Place. SouthEnd is host to Atherton Mill, just outside of Third Ward in Uptown Charlotte NC.
