Never underestimate the power of a good shot when selling your Charlotte home. Are your buyers lovin’ the one they’re with?
Thinking of listing your Charlotte home for sale? Consider who you hire and their level of professionalism BEFORE you make the fatal seller mistake of hiring an agent who uses their phone for YOUR home’s photos!
I can’t think of the last time that I saw a home sell for above list price when phone photos were used to market the property. Bear in mind that the first impression can never be un-done!
Here’s what we’re seeing in the Charlotte real estate market:
With the hot market that we’re currently experiencing, you want your home to truly STAND OUT and get those buyers in to see it IMMEDIATELY. With poor photos and a slideshow ‘vitrual tour’ (which isn’t anything even remotely resembling a virtual tour!), your buyers will go to your competitors FIRST. Your competitors who have PROFESSIONAL photos and a REAL virtual tour will nab your buyer every time; I’m talking about a walk-through tour that allows the buyer to experience your floorplan and get a true feel for your home.
Guess what? When they do go to the competition who has professional photography/videography and they see that the competing home is a good fit for them, they will cancel their other showings and proceed with an Offer on the one they’re standing in. Buyers know the importance of being the first one to the table with an Offer and they are, at that very moment, committed to the house they’re standing in.
Want your home to be the one that the buyers fall in love with? Hire a professional – hire someone who knows their area of specialty and actually hires a professional (or who is actually a professional photographer themselves) to take their photos and record a virtual, walk-through tour of your home.
