SouthPark’s popular, gated, luxury community, Morrocroft Estates features 90 home sites (large lot sizes), with architectural variety that offers something for everyone’s taste. HOA dues in the community are approximately $1,500/quarter and covers common area landscaping, management and insurance fees for the common areas and more – including round-the-clock security guards at the gated entrance.

The luxury market is continuing on the rebound from the Great Recession and Morrocroft is benefitting from the increased sales prices and fewer days on the market (DOM). Albeit, DOM still appear higher than the average in Charlotte, bear in mind that homes in the higher price ranges do tend to take longer to sell in any market.
