Thinking of Selling Your Charlotte Home? Here’s a Checklist to Help You Prepare
I’ve written many times about preparation for Charlotte area home sellers. From the time I worked as a clinician during my nursing training, I was acutely aware that preparation is KEY in life. While my former career is long behind me, I am still a big believer in planning. As they say, ‘those who fail to plan, plan to fail!’
We’re not writing case studies to guide you through a life-threatening disease but, we ARE all about planning your move – a life-changing event.
Selling a home is something that requires extensive planning. I show homes all of the time that had obviously not been well planned out when it comes to selling. Most often, those homes don’t bring the highest sales price for their sellers.
Have a look at our checklist and then let’s talk! Let’s set an even more personal plan for your home’s sale.
Bottom Line
- When it comes to selling your house, you want it to look its best inside and out.
- It’s important to focus on tasks that make your home inviting, show that it’s cared for and boost your curb appeal for prospective buyers.
- Let’s talk – and make sure your house shows well and catches a buyer’s eye. After all, the eye buys!
