US Pending Home Sales Rise 0.2 Percent While Charlotte Pending Sales Rise 17.2 Percent

Pending home sales in the Charlotte region are up 17.2% year-over-year and up 45% during the past two years.  2013 definitely has ended with a bang and some very happy Charlotte home sellers!

Signed contracts to buy existing homes rose slightly in November, breaking a five-month negative streak, according to the National Association of Realtors.
