As you can see, the single family home market is faring a bit better than the condo/townhome market is at this time.  However, we are seeing showings increasing in the condo market in the inner-city areas.  The ‘trickle down effect’ should begin in the outlying areas as well.  That will give us the confidence to finally begin our long-awaited recovery celebration!
